In Rampur Bushahr, Shimla district, the Chairman of the 7th Finance Commission of Himachal Pradesh and local MLA, Nand Lal, held a review meeting with officials from various departments to assess the progress of ongoing development and public welfare projects.
During the meeting, Nand Lal directed the officials to prioritize matters related to public service and welfare. He emphasized ensuring that the benefits of government schemes reach the common people, especially those living in remote areas. He also stressed the importance of widespread publicity of various public welfare initiatives.
Referring to the current situation between India and Pakistan, Nand Lal said that although tensions have somewhat eased, the public must remain vigilant. He urged people to strictly follow government guidelines during any emergency situations. He also praised the central government for its proactive steps regarding Pakistan.
