Himachal Pradesh was hit twice by earthquake today, the second jolt was felt in the evening at 6.04pm with epicenter at Kangra, confirmed Shimla IMD.
“A minor earthquake measuring 2.7 on Richter scale hit Himachal Pradesh today evening with epicenter at Kangra. The first quake of 2.5 magnitude struck in the afternoon with epicenter at Dhar Kashauni village in Shimla district,” said Shimla IMD.
No report of loss to human life or property was received till now from across the state.
