Shimla is wearing a thin snow sheet with trees too painted white on the first day of Magha, a sacred Hindu month giving impetus to the travel and tourism industry in Himachal Pradesh.
Snow sheet covering the upper parts of the city, is too thin and could melt before the noon disappointing tourists of enjoying a stunning views.
This year the sky has not obliged the city with good snowfall to give people a chance to have frolic and fun on the mesmerising snowy landscape.
