A mild earthquake of 3.0 magnitude hits Shimla today afternoon at 31.32 latitude and 77.81 longitude having depth of 5kms below the earth, said Shimla IMD here.
Some people felt the mild shocks of the tremor but no loss to life and property was reported from across the state.
