A mild earthquake of 3.6 magnitude struck Himachal Pradesh today morning with epicentre near Salooni in Chamba district in Himachal Pradesh, said IMD Shimla.
Today morning at 7.46am, an earthquake of mild intensity occurred with location at 32.67 and 76.16 near Salooni in Chamba district in Himachal Pradesh. The qauke’s seismic activity took place at the depth of 5kms below the earth with magnitude measuring 3.60 in the Richter scale, reported IMD Shimla.
In many parts of Himachal Pradesh, tremor was felt but no loss to human life and property was reported till now.
