The converted Dalit either Muslim, Christian or of any other religion should not be given reservation in the country as untouchability was the criterion to avail this right under the constitution, says BJP SC Morcha president Lal Singh Arya.
“Constitution is the basic document deciding the destiny of reservation in our nation and untouchability is factor that provides this privilege to the people of lower strata of our society,” said BJP SC Morcha president Lal Singh Arya.
Explaining the BJP viewpoint on the converted dalits who have switched their religion and embraced islam Christianity, should not be given the privilege that SC get in Hinduism today.
